“A Magical Night”
2008 Father/Daughter Ball
When: April 5, 2008 Where: Lakota Freshman Building
Time: 7:00-9:00pm Cost: $7.00/person
The Panther Run Father/Daughter Dance is just around the corner. This year’s theme will be “A Magical Night”. There will be snacks, drinks, a photographer and of course a DJ to play all of our favorite music! Each girl will receive a patch for attending. The cost will be $7.00/person. Although this is a father/daughter dance, if no male figure 18 years or older can attend, a mom, grandmother, aunt, etc. may attend. It is important to remember that this is a Girl Scout event. Each girl must be a registered Girl Scout to attend.
Tom Baker Photography has graciously agreed to come and take professional photos of this special occasion. Photo package envelopes will be passed out at the March Leaders meeting. Please see that each girl registered for the dance receives an envelope with your troop number on it, so that the photos can be sent back to your troop. All of the ordering information will be on the envelope. Each girl should bring the completed envelope with payment to the dance. Pictures can be taken any time during the dance. The tickets will also be given to each girl in advance. You must have a ticket to get in. Tickets will be given out at the March leaders meeting. Your troop will not receive their tickets until all money and permission slips are turned in.
We also need them to bring their volunteers sheets as well, only 4 troops out of the 36 have turned them in! We are asking for everyone to please stress the importance and need for volunteers for the dance to their parents.
As of now, we do not have enough!
*We have NO HELP signed up for the set-up and clean-up!
